NRI - Currenza Coin Mechanisms

Vending Direct are the NZ agents for Crane Payment Solutions (the owners of NRI) for the German made Currenza coin mechanism.

There are several operators already using NRI Currenza Coin Mechanisms in their machines and the feedback to date is very positive.

The Currenza is a six tube coin mechanism, with several differences to the competition:

• 2 * $2.00 tubes - means you are less likely to run out of fast moving denominations.
• 3 motor payout - in the event of a payout motor jam, there are still 4 tubes available to give change.
• Easy access to coin sort area - makes cleaning quick and easy.
• 22% higher tube capacity than other 6 tube mechanisms.

There are three versions available;

• Currenza White - No program buttons
• Currenza Green - Program buttons, no screen
• Currenza Blue - Program buttons and screen

There are also some other options which may be of use in the future; the Currenza has the option of being able to accept a SIM card!

We are still doing some work around this (specifically for coffee machines).

In addition to being a well-equipped and reliable coin mechanism, there is one other benefit  - price!

We have managed to negotiate some great rates with the manufacturer, pricing for the Green version is $695+GST!
